As for the longevity of these shadows, I usually wear an eyeshadow primer underneath and therefore cannot comment on how long they last on their own.I think that this type of result occurs because of how buttery and smooth the shadows are therefore it does not bother me too much. Whenever I swirl a brush in a shade, there is a bit of powder that spreads outside of the pan. The only problem with these shadows is that they can be a little messy.L to R: Lace-Teddy, Strapless, Risque, Heaven, Cashmere Bunny, Sexpresso, Nudie, Honey butter, Chocolate Cookie I was afraid that the lighter colors would be too chalky or simply would not show up on my skin tone, but all of the shadows are definitely build-able and highly pigmented. The shadows are silky, smooth, pigmented and easily blend-able.There is a nicely sized mirror on the inside of the lid and a small booklet with suggested eyeshadow looks. The actual palette is a small, sleek, thin rectangle made out of a tin-like material with a magnetic closing. The palette comes in a light tan colored box with a dark brown lace print and the name on the front. My palette arrived around two weeks ago and I have been wearing it every single day! I have not been wearing these eyeshadows long enough to do an in-depth review on them, but I will try my best to provide as much information on this product. Since this is a fairly new product only available at Ulta and on the Too Faced website (for some sad reason Sephora will not carry this palette) I had to take a leap faith and order the palette without swatching it. When I saw that Too Faced launched an all matte palette with colors that to me mostly look like different shades of brown I was very excited! I saw a couple of pictures and decided that this palette would be worth the investment given that I could see myself wearing 7 out of the 9 shades on a daily basis. I personally love the idea of a shimmery or satin eyeshadow, but I have been wearing matte shadows on a daily basis for the past few months, so I could not see myself using most of the shadows in the Chocolate bar palettes. I was considering buying the “Chocolate Bar” or the “Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar” palettes, but I could not get myself to purchase either one. Fun Fact: The Too Faced “Naked eye” palette was my first ever eyeshadow palette. My mom bought it for me when I was a sophomore in high school and I absolutely love that palette, and it is the only one I owned up until now. Too Faced recently launched two new eyeshadow palettes called “Sugar Pop” and “Natural Matte.” At first glance, they did not look like anything special, but once I saw photos of the palettes I knew that I had to get the “Natural Matte” palette.
